강남역 3번출구에서 만나는 강민경 맛집에 나온 미국식 파스트라미 샌드위치와 버거.

파스트라미 샌드위치는 훈연 고기랑 크리미한 소스 조합이 킥이였어요. 치즈버거는 참깨 브리오슈 번에 패티 육즙이 쫙 나오는게 포인트...:) 포크 없이 양손으로 잡아야 하는 파스트라미의 두께가 인상적이었어요.

예상하지 못한 하이라이트는 가지튀김! 두툼하게 썬 가지에 바삭한 튀김옷, 허브 타르타르에 찍으면 감자튀김 저리가라 맛...

Near Exit 3 of Gangnam Station is the sandwich and burger spot known for its American-style pastrami sandwich. The pastrami sandwich hit the mark with its combination of smoky meat and a creamy sauce, while the cheeseburger, built on a sesame brioche bun, let the patty's juices really shine. The pastrami was thick enough that I had to use both hands instead of a fork.

The unexpected highlight was the eggplant fries — thick-cut eggplant in a crispy batter, dipped in herb tartar sauce, easily outshining regular French fries. The space itself was clean and simple, making it an easy stop near Gangnam or Yeoksam Station for a sandwich or burger.
