한남동 골목 안쪽 뉴욕 소호 본점 감성을 그대로 옮겨놓은 브런치 카페.
쉬림프 파스타가 시그니처 파스타인데 통새우가 넉넉하게 올라가 있고, 위에 뿌려진 빵가루가 바삭하게 식감을 잡아줘요. 크림 소스가 무겁지 않아서 좋았어요.
브론테 버거도 같이 시켰는데 속은 촉촉하고 샌드위치랑 햄버거 그 사이 어딘가의 맛...! 개인적으로는 옆에 나오는 고구마 프라이가 자꾸 손이 갔어요.

Set in a backstreet in Hannam-dong, Rubis recreates the feel of its original New York Soho location.
The shrimp pasta is the signature dish, topped generously with whole shrimp and finished with crispy breadcrumbs on top; the cream sauce stays light rather than heavy. The Bronte burger was ordered alongside it — moist inside, somewhere between a sandwich and a burger.
The sweet potato fries served on the side kept drawing my hand back for more.
