Cocoren is tucked near Hyochang Park Station, around a fifteen-minute walk from Yongsan I'Park Mall. It was exactly the kind of protein-heavy meal I wanted after futsal and a satisfying first visit to a long-saved restaurant.

The assorted chicken skewers are essential because they let the table try several cuts and styles straight from the charcoal grill. The whole chicken stays moist enough to keep eating even after the skewers, especially with beer and a bowl of kimchi udon broth.
