Igane sits right by Seongsu Station Exit 3, but feels like an unexpected find. Its signature lamb loin skewers are noticeably thicker than standard versions and hold plenty of juice inside.
The restaurant stands apart from more familiar lamb-skewer spots, which is why it earned a return visit. Crisp guobaorou in a sweet sauce and a final bowl of warm noodles round out the meal well.
