Izza

Review
A white storefront with just 'izza' on the sign. It's a regular spot for Chef Yoon Nam-no from Culinary Class Wars, and one bite tells you exactly why.
The Izza jambon has thinly draped mortadella over a charred dough. Lift a slice and the chewy crust comes up with the salty ham together, and it's seriously addictive, haha.
With the artichoke pizza, the highlight is the moment you break the yolk. The artichoke aroma blends with the egg and the flavor deepens instantly.
As for the bottarga spaghetti, I keep thinking back to that crisp breadcrumb texture.
The pomodoro has a strong tang from sun-dried tomatoes, but the stracciatella softens it nicely. The radicchio salad has Parmigiano piled on like snow, perfect for sharing!
