Uovo Pasta Bar

A tiny pasta bar tucked into an alley near Seoul Forest. They do fresh handmade pasta, and honestly everything we tried was good.

The polpette spaghetti has this deep, hearty flavor where the meatballs mix into the rich tomato sauce. The bottarga pasta comes piled with bottarga over the fresh noodles, and that salty, savory hit just spreads through your whole mouth. Total my-type.

Personally, the Korean beef honeycomb tripe really stuck with me! Slowly braised in tomato sauce, it's a perfect snack to go with wine.
