A small place near Seoul Forest, but it has the feel of sitting in some trattoria tucked away in Italy.
The brioche sandwich is the signature, and the burrata-prosciutto one is the real deal! The burrata melts out between the soft bread, the prosciutto brings the saltiness, and the pistachio crumble adds a nutty crunch….
I got the shrimp brioche too, and the spicy sauce paired really nicely with the arugula. You have to order the rotolo as well — it tastes even better than it looks, with cheese melting over tomato ragu. It's perfect for a light meal before or after a walk through Seoul Forest.
