This was a sponsored visit to Pizzeria Songbird, a pizza restaurant inside North Seoul Dream Forest. Through the wide windows, trees and mountain scenery fill the view, creating an especially restful setting for a meal; a window seat can make two or three hours disappear quickly.
The pizzas arrive hot from the wood-fired oven, with an aroma that makes an immediate impression. The truffle pizza was my personal favorite, and the freshly baked crust carries the unmistakable character of careful oven work.
The surrounding park is well suited to a walk, and the nearby Dream Forest Arts Center includes both a concert hall and a performance hall. It is an easy weekend recommendation for families, couples or friends.
