후추 채끝 스테이크를 썰었을 때 속은 적당한 핑크빛이라 엄청 부드러웠어요. 통후추 크러스트가 꽉 잡아주고 구운 양파랑 아스파라거스까지 같이 먹으면 와인 한 잔이 절로 따라오는 맛...! 베이컨 크림 파스타도 두툼한 베이컨이 통째로 올라가는데 크림 소스가 너무 무겁지 않고 고소해서 한 접시 금방 비웁니다.

고수페스토 오징어 볶음은 고수 러버라면 꼭 시켜보세요. 바삭하게 볶은 오징어에 고수향이 확 올라오고 감자까지 푸짐하게 들어가서 술안주로 완벽해요.
