삼각지에서 짚불구이로 이름난 몽탄에 다녀왔어요. 사실 너무 유명하면 의심을 하고 웨이팅을 할만한가 고민하게 되지만 여기는 정말 찐입니다...
우대갈비는 기대했던 것 만큼 맛있었고 무엇보다 사이드들도 신경써서 충실하게 나온게 진짜 만족스러웠어요.
Mongtan is famous in Samgakji for straw-fire grilling, and the long-standing hype can make the wait feel questionable. The signature beef ribs, however, delivered the distinctive smoky richness I had hoped for.
What made the meal more convincing was the care given to the supporting dishes. Even the doenjang stew tasted full and deliberate, and the generous spread works especially well for sharing.
