안다즈 서울 강남 호텔 지하에 치즈로 요리하는 곳이지만 다양한 양식 메뉴가 ㅁ낳은 곳.
리코타 치즈 멜트가 시그니처인데 빵 사이에 꽉 들어있어서 옆에 소스를 찍어먹으면 한 입에 꽉 차요!
치지룸 플랫브레드는 평소 생각하는 피자보다는 조금 가벼운 느낌이라 좋았어요.
마무리는 산 세바스찬 치즈케이크로. 겉은 까맣게 그을리고 속은 꾸덕하게 흘러내리는데 치즈로만 만들어서 그런지 진짜 찐 치즈케익 맛.
