비스크 파스타는 새우와 게를 진하게 우린 소스 식감이 좋았어요. 그리고 느끼하지 않은 크림베이스 파스타도 역시 식감이 포인트
생선 껍질을 바삭하게 구워서 샤프란 소스 위에 올려주는데 고소하고 단백했어요!
Jujube is a fresh-pasta specialist hidden along a Cheongdam side street. The meal begins with a wooden box displaying nine handmade pasta shapes, each made that morning and explained at the table.
