장충동 골목 안쪽에 유럽 감성 정원이 숨어있었어요.

오래된 주택을 리모델링한 공간인데 내부도 외부도, 그리고 무엇보다 맛도 만족스러웠던 맛집. 원래 너무 공간이 예쁘면 맛이 흔들릴 가능성이 올라가지만 여긴 찐이었습니다..

칠리에그는 매콤한 소스 위에 수란이 올라가있고 딜 향이랑 빵이랑 같이 먹으면 꿀조합이에요! 개인적으로 제일 맛나게 먹은 요리에요. 화이트트러플 러구파스타는 리가토니에 트러플 향이 꽉 차서 시그니처인 이유를 바로 알겠더라구요.

토마토부라타샐러드도 심플한데 부라타가 톡 터지면서 토마토랑 섞이는 맛이 너무 좋았어요. 분위기도 시간대별로 다르니 참고하세요!

A European-style garden is tucked into a Jangchung side street at Conde de Pepe. The restaurant occupies a renovated old house, and both the indoor rooms and terrace are beautiful, but the food has enough character to keep the setting from becoming the only reason to visit.

The chili eggs were my favorite, pairing poached eggs with a spicy sauce, dill, and bread. White-truffle ragu clung to the rigatoni with a full truffle aroma, while the simple tomato and burrata salad came alive as the creamy cheese mixed with the tomatoes.
