카츠산도 추천합니다. 분홍빛 등심이 두껍게 들어있는데 겉은 바삭, 속은 완전 촉촉... 연어포케보울은 아보카도, 래디시, 오이가 층층이라 한 숟갈마다 식감이 달라서 맛있었어요.
근데 이날 진짜 반전은 프렌치토스트!! 두꺼운 브리오슈가 시럽에 흠뻑 잠겨 나오고 위에 버터가 서서히 녹아내리는데.. 이걸 어떻게 참나요 ><
후식으로 나눠먹기 좋았습니다.
Tucked into a backstreet in Hannam-dong, Datz is a brunch cafe built around Hong Kong-inspired cuisine.
The katsu sando is worth ordering — a thick cut of pink pork loin, crisp on the outside and completely tender inside. The salmon poke bowl layers avocado, radish, and cucumber, so the texture shifts with every spoonful.
The real surprise of the visit was the French toast: thick brioche soaked through with syrup, with butter slowly melting over the top — impossible to resist. It made a good dessert to split at the end of the meal.
