Sigolo
시고로
Review
Past Apgujeong Rodeo, near the Gangnam-gu Office, sits this spot serving distinctively rustic cuisine. The croquette has a thin, crisp shell that gives way to a soft, tender filling, and it practically falls apart with the first bite. The potato chips are hand-sliced and fried in-house, which makes them impossible to stop eating. The paella starts by sautéing raw rice, so the grains come out plump and springy, and it's loaded with seafood. Don't skip scraping up the crackling crust at the bottom.
Personally, it's the unique atmosphere and flavor of Sigolo that stayed with me.
