Crispy Pork Town
크리스피 포크 타운
Review
If you're looking for Mexican food around Noksapyeong or Itaewon, this is the one I'd point you to. There are plenty of Mexican places in the area, but this is one of the few that feels genuinely authentic.
The tortillas here are mixed and grilled in-house, and you can tell from the first bite that the tortilla itself is doing a lot of work. The signature crispy pork taco piles crunchy fried pork belly under a heap of red onion and cilantro, and it practically melts once you squeeze lime over it. The carnitas, with its soft, pulled pork, also paired really well with the cilantro.
The quesadilla was also good for sharing between a few people — the seasoning was just right.
Why it's worth it
Loved it
- 1 Tortillas mixed and grilled in-house from scratch
- 2 The crackling, crispy texture of the fried pork belly
- 3 Genuinely authentic Mexican flavor, not a watered-down version
