I stopped at Hipsthetic Coffee while looking for an eye-catching space around Apgujeong Rodeo. The interior immediately stands out, but it also works especially well as a place to settle in and get some work done.
The milk brew I ordered had a nutty character that tasted distinctly different from a standard latte. Many guests had laptops open at the large communal table, and the setup made it easy to concentrate. It was an accidental find, but the thoughtful space and friendly service made it one I was glad to discover.
