Review
Set at blue tables deep in an Apgujeong alley, this spot has the feel of a pojangmacha and specializes in frozen samgyeopsal. The thick-cut pork belly is good, but this is really the place to come when you're craving the specific texture of frozen samgyeopsal.
The banchan tray set beside the meat is another highlight — a wide spread of side dishes, including chewy pig skin that stood out among everything else on the table. And of course, I couldn't skip the fried rice at the end. It's a great pick when you want to grill frozen pork belly over a bottle of soju.
