Just off Chungmuro Station, down a quiet side street, Nue Pasta House has built its reputation on fresh pasta. I first visited back when it was in Haebangchon, and the move here was reason enough to come again.
Cacio e pepe remains my favorite thing on the menu — seasoning and texture both land exactly where they should. The tomato spaghetti arrives with a whole burrata sitting on top, and folding it into the sauce is the best part. The salad, served with burrata and crisp chips, works well as an opener before the pasta.
