돼지고기 맛집 중 재방문한 맛집. 사이드에서 나눠지는 퀄리티도 있는거 아시죠? 차돌된장이랑 계란찜부터 벌써 합격이었어요.
고수 숙성 목살은 두께부터 달랐는데요! 속은 완전 촉촉하게 딱 맞게 익는 타이밍이에요.
마무리는 역시 누룽지볶음밥으로 끝내면 바닥에 눌러붙은 밥이 바삭 고소해서 숟가락이 안 멈춰요..ㅎ
Cheongdam Gosu was good enough to bring me back. The aged pork neck arrives notably thick, then cooks to a juicy center at exactly the right moment.
The supporting dishes are a real strength here, from brisket doenjang stew and steamed egg to the crisp scorched-rice fried rice that makes an easy finish.
