첫 접시 스트라치아텔라부터 반했답니다...부드러운 부라타 위에 모르타델라랑 피스타치오가 올라가는데 올리브오일에 빵 찍어 먹으면 여기가 이탈리아인지..!
메뉴도 다양하고 양도 푸짐한데 무엇보다 맛이 다 좋았어서 재방문 한 파스타 맛집입니다. 면 식감도 제대로 살아있다는 점...!
Pecorino is hidden along a Cheongdam side street and centers its menu on fresh pasta. The chef trained in Italy for more than ten years and makes the noodles in-house every day, which shows in their lively texture.
The opening stracciatella plate was enough to win me over: soft burrata topped with mortadella and pistachios, with bread for dipping into the olive oil. The menu is varied, the portions are generous, and every dish we tried was good enough to bring me back for another visit. The balanced seasoning lets the pasta itself remain the focus.
