장어덮밥은 진짜 시켜야 해요. 숯불 향이 밴 장어가 단짠 소스가 잘 베어 있고 양도 푸짐해뇨.

연어 네기토로 사시미동도 같이 시켰는데 도톰한 회 아래 잘게 다진 네기토로가 깔려서 한 술에 식감이 두 번 와요!

(Break 15:00–17:00 · weekdays / last order 21:00) A grilled eel specialist tucked into Nonhyeon. I went for lunch and it kept me full all the way through dinner.

You really have to order the eel rice bowl. The eel carries that smoky charcoal flavor, soaks up the sweet-savory sauce perfectly, and the portion is generous.

I got the salmon negitoro sashimi bowl too, and under the thick slices of fish there's finely chopped negitoro, so one bite gives you two different textures at once!
