시그니처 물냉면은 투명한 육수가 시원하면서도 깊은데. 위에 올라간 고기 한 점이랑 달걀 반개가 딱 어울리고 면발은 쫄깃한 편이에요.
수육도 같이 시켰는데 냉면이랑 야들야들 돼지고기랑 같이 #먹으니 든든했어요. 만두국은 만두가 큼직하고 국물이 슴슴하니 깔끔해서 계속 손이 가는 맛...!
마지막으로 여기 김치가 유독 맛있었어요!! 많이 먹으며 느끼할 수도 있는데 참기름 맛이 잘 베어있더라고요.
Pildong Myeonok is widely known as one of Seoul's three signature destinations for Pyongyang naengmyeon. Its classic mul-naengmyeon arrives in a clear broth that is cooling yet deep, topped simply with a slice of meat and half an egg; the noodles have a notably chewy bite.
The tender boiled pork makes the noodles more substantial, while the dumpling soup stays clean and mild despite its generously sized dumplings. Even the kimchi stood out, with a well-absorbed sesame-oil flavor that cut through the richness toward the end of the meal.
