Buvette Seoul

Review
Buvette Seoul brings the relaxed feel of its New York bistro to the ground floor of Andaz Seoul Gangnam. The room still draws a crowd, but it works especially well when you want an unhurried brunch with friends in Apgujeong.
The scrambled eggs arrive soft and creamy over sourdough with smoked salmon, ricotta, and capers. The avocado tartine pairs ripe avocado with a poached egg and salty prosciutto, while the dense mousse au chocolat is best shared by the spoonful at the end of the meal.
