Right by exit 5 of Sinsa Station sits one of my favorite pork spots — an easy pick whenever pork is on my mind. The staff grill the pork at just the right temperature so the juices stay locked in, which makes every bite taste as good as it should.
The rice here is genuinely on another level — nothing like standard steamed rice, so make sure to order it. The doenjang jjigae, made in the style of a grandmother from Gangbyeon, is also worth getting as a side; it comes out in a generous, hearty portion. Whenever a craving for pork hits, this is the first place that comes to mind.
