The Original Pancake House is an easy choice in Sinsa's Garosu-gil area when a classic American brunch sounds right. Proper pancake places can be surprisingly hard to find, and this is one of the first spots that comes to mind when the craving hits.
The traditional buttermilk pancakes arrive as three evenly browned, fluffy rounds, kept simple with butter and syrup. French toast topped with strawberries and bananas combines soft bread with sweet fruit, while the hash browns were my personal recommendation: crisp, generously covered with cheese and sour cream, and especially good when shared alongside several other plates.
